煤炭三向截割力传感器特性研究
Study on the property of three axis coal cutting force sensor
【摘要】 对新型应变式三向力传感器结构 ,采用三维应力有限元法 ,得到弹性元件的应力分布特性 ,确定出测取三向分力的剪切应变区的位置 .分析和试验证实 ,三向分力测量没有原理上的互干扰 ,也不受三向分力矩的影响 ,测量应力和固有频率随弹性元件结构参数变化的关系可指导结构参数的设计
【Abstract】 Based on three dimensional stress finite element method, the stress distributions on yielding parts of three axis force sensor are obtained, so the positions of shear stress regions corresponding three componential forces are determined.It is proved that there is no intrinsic cross disturbance among three measuring outputs, and no interactions from three torque components. Computation results also show that the performance of the multidimensional sensor is restricted by two major factors: the value of rings axial shear stress and horizontal natural frequency. The principles of two restrictive factors varying with the geometric parameters of yielding element guide sensor design.
