钛酸锌硫敏陶瓷高温脱硫过程中的结构及性能变化
Structure and performance of zinc titanate ceramic sorbent in hot coal gas desulfurization (HCGD) process
【摘要】 钛酸锌硫敏陶瓷高温煤气脱硫剂以TiO2和ZnO为基本原料,混合并流共沉淀制备,在1180℃高温下烧成.在真实流化床空气煤气及模拟配合气气氛条件下,完成100循环次,累计300h固定床寿命实验,物理及化学损失可忽略不计,硫容恒定,但脱硫剂结构发生变化,结晶度降低.由于使用过后的“赝形态”脱硫剂仍然存在着物质的表面迁移和体积迁移两类迁移结构,所以重新实施高温煅烧,脱硫剂发生晶格质点重排、归位,进而使晶格间距缩小,骨架再致密化,SEM显微结构及XRD物相完全恢复至起始新鲜状态.
【Abstract】 Zinc titanate ceramic sorbent for HCGD consists of ZnO and TiO 2 It was prepared by chemical simultaneous sedimentation and calcined at 1 180 ℃ Under the conditions of real coal gas and simulated coal gas, the sorbent has finished 100 cycles for 300 hours life test Though the physical and chemical weight loss could be ignored and sulfur capacity was still constant, the structure of sorbent has changed obviously Because two types of matter movement mechanisms have not disappeared yet, hot force derived from second calcine has the grains of used sorbent rearranged and finally renews sorbent to its fresh state
