【Abstract】 The paper introduced a computer monitoring and control system of mine hoister developed by the authors. The system is consisted of two stage computers. The first computer is a industrial control computer and can have a intelligent behind management, on time display, on tine or call printing system operation information and other function. The second computer is a programming controller to collect and on time control the site signal and data. A CCM agreement is used for the information transmission between the two computers. This system has a signal measuring and display of the safety circuit, a location control of the hoisting container, point by point monitoring and protection of the speed reduction, over winding auto protection, synchronous adjustment and others. The system also has a monitoring, control and protection functions, on time display of operation information, status display of main signals of the hoister, circuit diagram display of the operation circuit and safety circuit and the information monitoring and measuring function. The suitability, auto control type location control, intelligent failure diagnosis and other features of the system have provided a reliable guarantee for the safety operation and high efficient operation of the mine hoister.更多还原
