应用无级变速的二冲程发动机燃油消耗的改善

【摘要】 二冲程发动机在一定转速范围内,在节流阀部分开度下,能有一个与四冲程发动机同样良好的油耗区。试验表明,二冲程发动机气缸内的废气影响实际压缩比,因此,利用排气谐振效应及控制残余废气,在城市行驶工况下,在节流阀开度为20%时,其平均燃油消耗可达310g/(kw·h);二冲程发动机和CVT的最佳配合及其他改进措施能使燃油消耗降低 30%。

【Abstract】 When the throttle opens partially in a certain scope of speed, the 2-stroke engine could enjoy a better fuel consumption zone which is similar to the situation of the 4-stroke engine. Tests show that the exhaust inside the cylinder of 2-stroke engine affects the practical compression ratio, therefore in the circumstances of running in urban areas when the throttle opens for 20 %, the average fuel consumption may arrive at 310 g/(kW·h),if exhaust resonant effect is applied and residual exhaust is controlled. The optimal mating of 2-stroke engine and CVT and some other ways can reduce fuel consumption by 30 %.
