固体燃料高温空气气化系统及关键技术
Gasification System from Solid Fuels Using High Temperature Air and Key Technology
【摘要】 介绍了采用温度超过 1 0 0 0℃、过剩空气系数为 0 .3~ 0 .5的高温空气气化固体燃料的新技术。其关键技术为高温空气预热器及卵石床气化器 ,气化室内发生高温空气气化主反应和高温蒸汽重整副反应。该气化系统具有气化效率高、燃气热值增加、燃料利用范围扩大、污染低、经济效益好等特点。详述了系统的工作原理及过程 ,例举了国外的发展状况 ,并提出了在我国推广应用该技术的建议
【Abstract】 A solid-fuel high-efficiency gasification system using high temperature air is proposed. The solid fuels are converted into gas with high temperature over 1 000 ℃ and low excess air ratio about 0.3~0.5. High temperature air preheater and pebble bed gasifier are its key technologies. The high temperature air gasification reaction and high temperature steam reforming reaction take place in the gasifier. Working principle and procession associated with gasification system are explained. The advantages such as high-efficiency gasification, low pollution and good economic benefit is evaluated. At last, the suggestion of applying the new technology in China is put forward.
