TURP术中膀胱内压的变化及其对冲洗液吸收的影响

【摘要】 随着BPH发病率的增高和TURP的广泛应用,其严重的并发症TURS的发病率也日益增高。本研究结果显示:手术中膀胱内压>6kPa与膀内压<6kPa的两组病人冲洗液吸收量显著不同(P<0.05),前者明显高于后者。在 60~85cm范围内,冲洗液悬挂高度不同(60.85cm)对平均膀胱内压、最大膀胱内压、冲洗液吸收并不产生明显的影响(P<0.05)。因此认为:在行TURP术时应尽量避免在膀胱胀满时长时间操作,应及时放水,以减少冲洗液吸收。同时,术者可相应调整冲洗液悬挂高度,加快冲洗速度,提高手术视野清晰度。

【Abstract】 With more and more BPH and TURP, TURS, which is the most important complication during and after TURPt become popular. In this research, we find that there are no significant changes in mean intrabladder pressure, maximal intrabladder pressure, absorption of irrigating fluid per minute and absorption of irrigating fluid in the two groups with different height of irrigating fluid(60,85cm) ( P <0. 05). Comparing the group with higher maximal intrabladder pressure(>6kPa) to lower one(<6kPa). We suggest That operators should keep in mind in avoiding to stay long time as the bladder is full during in the TURP operation , in order to decrease the fluid absorption and make the operation field more clear.
