【摘要】 利用石蜡切片扫描电镜观察技术 ,对三个不同产量的小麦品种灌浆后期旗叶叶片进行了超微结构观察 ,结果表明 :( 1 )不同产量小麦旗叶的叶肉细胞之间的细胞间隙及叶肉细胞的分布情况不同 ;( 2 )小麦产量不同 ,旗叶的叶肉细胞内叶绿体的大小、数量、分布状况有明显区别 ;( 3 )不同产量小麦旗叶叶肉细胞内线粒体数量不同更多还原

【Abstract】 Using SEM on paraffin section, we observed the superstructure of the flag leaf during the later stage of wheat with different yield.The results showed that: (1) the gap between cells and distribution of the leaf cells were both different in different types of wheat; (2) the size, number and distribution of chloroplast in different types of wheat were also obviously different; (3) the number of mitochondria in flag leaf in different type wheat was different, either.更多还原
