转基因抗白粉病小麦植株的选育研究初报
Selection of Transgenic Wheat Plants with Resistance to Powdery Mildew
【摘要】 通过花粉管通道法 ,将广用途几丁质酶基因和葡聚糖酶基因 (连锁有 GUS基因 )导入到受体小麦龙辐 91 B569中 ,在 D1 和 D2 代跟踪接种鉴定抗病性并检测 GUS基因活性。结果表明 ,广用途几丁质酶基因→龙辐 91 B569的 D2 代 6个株系具有极高的白粉病抗性 ;葡聚糖酶基因 (连锁有 GUS基因 )→龙辐 91 B569的 D2代 1 2个单株具有极高的 GUS活性和白粉病抗性
【Abstract】 Chitinase gene and glucanase gene (linked GUS gene) were transfered into recipient wheat of Longfu 91B569 by method of pollen tube pathway.The resistance to powdery mildew was determined in D 1 and D 2 by means of inoculation and GUS gene activity was assayed.The result was that six D 2 plants of combination chitinase gene → Longfu 91B569 had high resistance to powdery mildew and twelve D 2 plants of combination glucanase gene (linked GUS gene) → Longfu 91B569 showed high resistance to powdery mildew and GUS activity.
