英、美、澳、中小麦品种光温发育特性的比较研究

【摘要】 本文对来自英国、美国、澳大利亚和中国的几个代表性小麦品种的温光反应单效应进行了研究。结果表明,苗穗期与穗分化从两个侧面反映了小麦品种对温光的反应,且有一定的对应关系,多数冬小麦30 d春化与苗穗期的明显缩短和穗分化通过二棱期相对应。3 个春性品种表现为对长日照敏感、对春化不敏感;在冬性品种中,英国小麦有春化不满足时短日照促进发育的特性,类似中国肥麦品种。美国和中国的3 个品种则在高温下对长日照不敏感。春化处理对冬小麦都有促进作用,英美品种的敏感性更强,美国品种要求春化累积量更高。因此,原产地形成的小麦温光发育特性是异地种植生育期较长的主要原因。

【Abstract】 The responses to vernalization and photoperiod of 8 wheat varieties from U.K., U.S.A., Australia and China were studied. The seedling-heading stage (SH) and spike differentatiation can reflect the characteristic of wheat development . 30 d vernalization, shortening of SH and double ridge stage appear at same time for most winterness varieties. 3 spring varieties( SV) were sensitive to long photoperiod(LP), however insensitive to vernalization. The winter varieties (WV) from U.K. have a characteristic of short photoperiod(SP) promoting development under poor vernalization similar to Feimai. 3 WV from U.S.A. and China are insensitive to LP under high temperature. Vernalization can promote WV development. The sensitivity to vernalization of the WV from U.K. and U.S.A. is stronger than that from China. So genetic characteristic of varieties results in the longer growing period when they were planted in different region .
