【Abstract】 The effects of paraffin content, stirrer speed, carrier concentration, Na 2CO 3 concentration in the internal aqueous solution and Span-80 concentration on the extraction were studied when penicillin G was extracted from fermentation liquor by an emulsion liquid membrane method.
