黄浦江原水膜分离特性研究
Study on ultrafiltration of raw water from Huangpu River
【摘要】 分别采用不同截留分子量、不同材质的有机高分子聚合物超滤膜直接分离黄浦江原水 .研究结果表明 ,超滤膜分离原水的效果在一定的截留分子量 (或孔径 )范围内差别不大 ;由于原水中的溶解性有机物浓度较低 ,对亲水性较好的有机高分子聚合物超滤膜的原水膜过程长期污染的影响较小 ,而高价正离子是原水超滤膜过程长期污染的主要因素 ,不同膜材质的污染情况也不同 ;原水膜过程去除水中溶解性有机物存在很大的局限性 ,必须与其他技术组合才能达到预定效果 .
【Abstract】 Polymer ultrafiltration membrane made of different materials and with different molecular weight cut(MWC)is used for clarifying raw water from Huangpu River.The results show that in the test range MWC has a little influence on the separation process.For hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane and under the condition of low concentration of soluble organic matters in raw water,the main factor of fouling is high valence cations,but not the soluble organic matter.The fouling extent of membrane during the process depend on the membrane materials.The ultrafiltration membrane can not remove small soluble organic matter in raw water.In order to obtain a higher removal rate,ultrafiltration membrane process should be combined with other water treatment processes.
