高选择性管式硅基裂解膜制备条件对性能的影响

【摘要】 分子结构规整的有机硅树脂致密膜 ,经控制裂解可制得具有较高选择透过性的气体分离膜 .这种膜是一种多孔膜 ,其最可几孔径为 0 .6nm ,具有极窄的孔径分布 ,对气体分离机理为分子筛分 .膜对H2 /N2 分离因子可达 90 ,对O2 /N2 分离因子可达 17,比常规裂解膜高 3~5倍 .本文着重讨论了有机硅致密膜制备条件对其裂解膜性能的影响 .

【Abstract】 A new highly selective silicon based molecular sieve membrane was developed by pyrolyzing a silicon resin precursor with regular structure under control conditions.The membrane is a porous membrane.The pore size distribution of the membrane is narrow,and the most probable pore size is about 0.6 nm. Gases separation mechanism of the membrane is molecular sieve.The separation factors for H 2/N 2 and O 2/N 2 reach 90 and 17,which were 3~5 times higher than those of conventional pyrolysis membranes.The effect of preparation coditions of the precursor on the properties of the resulting pyrolysis membrane is discussed in this paper.
