纳滤膜的分离机理及其在食品和医药行业中的应用
Separation mechanism of nanofiltration membranes and its applications in food and pharmaceutical industries
【摘要】 综述了纳滤膜的分离机理及其在食品和医药行业中的应用研究现状 .用于表征纳滤膜分离机理的模型包括非平衡热力学模型、电荷模型 (空间电荷模型和固定电荷模型 )和细孔模型 ,以及近年才提出的静电排斥和立体位阻模型等 .介绍了纳滤膜在食品和医药行业中的应用研究现状 ,包括低聚糖分离和精制、果汁的高浓度浓缩、多肽和氨基酸的分离、抗生素的浓缩与纯化、牛奶及乳清蛋白的浓缩、农产品的综合利用以及纳滤膜生化反应器的开发等 .
【Abstract】 The separation mechanism of nanofiltration(NF) membrane and its applications in food and pharmaceutical industries are reviewed. The models that can be applied to NF membranes include the non-equilibrium thermodynamic model ,the space-charge model, the fixed-charge model(i.e.the Teorell-Meyer-Sievers model), the pore model and the electrostatic and steric-hindrance model. The applications of NF membranes are mentioned in the following individual fields. Which are the separation and purification of oligosaccharides, the highly concentration of juice, the separation of peptide and amino acid, the concentration and purification of antibiotics, the concentration of milk and whey, the overall utilization of agricultural by-product and the development of bio-membrane reactor.
