气门锻模高频窄脉冲电解加工的试验研究

【摘要】 分析了气门锻模生产中现行工艺存在的主要问题 ,介绍了高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工气门锻模试验研究及试生产中锻打气门锻件的效果 ,证实了此种新工艺技术具有加工精度高、表面质量好、生产效率高等特点 ,其突出的优点是生产周期大为缩短 ,模具寿命大幅度提高 ,模具费用大大降低
【Abstract】 The main problems in the current technological process for manufacturing forging die for air valves were analyzed. The research by experiments on the electrolytic machining of forging die for air valves with high-frequency narrow-pulse current and the result of forging the air valves in the trial production were introduced. The high machining precision, high surface quality, high production efficiency of this new processing technology was proved. Its prominent advantages greatly shortened the production cycle, increased the life of the die and lowered the cost for the die. Several points on the technical innovation for the die manufacture were put forward.
