胚轴切断法诱导棉花对棉铃虫抗性的研究

【摘要】 诱导抗虫棉株对棉铃虫[Hlicoverpaarmigera(H櫣bner)]发生动态的影响表明 ,在田间累积卵量无明显差异的情况下 ,胚轴切断结合假单胞杆菌 (PseudomonasfluorescensP303 -1)诱导处理的棉株上棉铃虫二代、三代、四代幼虫发生量分别比在自然生长棉株上的幼虫量减少44.79 %、37.98 %和29.70 % ;而只用胚轴切断法处理的棉株上二代、三代棉铃虫幼虫发生量减少25 %和8.53 % ,四代幼虫发生量与自然生长棉株相近。棉铃虫幼虫在菌诱导棉株和无菌诱导棉株上的死亡率分别是自然生长棉株上的4.71倍和3.01倍。诱导棉株对棉铃虫幼虫的生长发育亦有影响 ,菌处理和无菌处理的棉株饲喂棉铃虫幼虫 ,其发育历期分别比对照延长17.17 %和7.80 % ,虫重分别降低25.28 %和15.63 % ,化蛹率分别降低14.94 %和9.97 % ,蛹重分别降低19.80 %和8.68 %。菌处理和无菌处理后棉株体内多元酚和萜烯类物质均比对照有不同程度的提高 ,菌处理的增幅要高于无菌处理

【Abstract】 As the lower part of cotton plant below plumular axis was cut off in 2-leaf stage and treated with somatotropin ABT to promote the regeneration of root, it was found that under the similar accumulated egg number condition, the larval cotton bollworm [Hlicoverpa armigera (Hübner)] numbers of 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations in cut-off +Pseudomonas fluorescens P303-1 treatment were 44.79, 37.98 and 29.70%, respectively, less than that of the check, and those in only cut off treatment were -25.00 and -8.53%and no difference, respectively, by contrast with the check. The larval mortalities in the compound and single treatments mentioned above were 4.71 and 3.01 times, respectively ,and as same as the check. The larval development, durations, larval body weights, pupation rates and pupal body weights of the survivals in the two treatments were +17.17 and +7.08%,-25.28 and -15.63%, -14.94 and -9.97%, and -19.80 and -8.68%, respectively, in comparison with the check. The vegetable polyphenols and terpenoids contents of cotton plants in the two treatments were higher than the check, the increase in compound treatment was more than that in single treatment.
