转基因抗虫杂交棉102棉铃发育动态研究
Studies on Developmental Dynamics of Bolls of Transgenic Insect resistant Hybrid Cotton Sukang 102
【摘要】 在棉铃发育过程中 ,转基因抗虫杂交棉1 0 2增产的主要原因为铃重提高。单铃籽棉重的提高是纤维和种子的同步增加 ,一是纤维干重的提高 ,1 997~ 1 998两年平均转基因抗虫杂交棉单铃纤维干重最大值为 2 .2 2 g,比常规棉 1 .90 g增加 1 6.84%;二是种子干重的增加 ,两年平均杂交棉单铃种子重为 2 .53g比常规棉 2 .2 3g增加1 3.45%。转基因抗虫杂交棉在棉铃发育过程中表现较强的“源”“库”生理优势 ,即棉铃对位叶叶面积、干物质 ,铃壳干重、铃壳内全 N含量均高于常规棉 ,且达到最大值后下降速度快。转基因抗虫杂交棉光合产物积累多 ,营养物质运转快 ,实现了“源”“库”“流”三者协调同步 ,这是杂交棉铃重提高的重要生理基础
【Abstract】 During the development of the bolls ,the increment of the single boll of transgenic insect resistant hybrid cotton line Sukang 102 lies on ,according to the average of 1997 and 1998 ,the dry weight of fibre increase by 16.84% compared to that of the CK 1.90g ,and the weight of kernel by 13.45% compared to CK 2.23 g. The transgenic insect resistant hybrid cotton showed the bigger LAI of corresponding leaf ,higher dry weight of fibre and dry weight of single boll shell ,higher total N content in boll shell than those of CK .It indicated that the transgenic insect resistant hybird cotton had the physiological heterosis of source sink during the boll development. More accumulation of photosynthesis products and transportation of nutrient substances are the main reason that the hybird cotton gains higher output.
