【摘要】 目的：观察五味消毒饮对小鼠免疫功能及失调小鼠肠道菌群的影响，为进一步研究其作用机理及临床应用提供理论基础。方法：以淋转率、溶血空斑均值，巨噬细胞功能为免疫学指标，肠道菌群数为微生态学指标进行检测。结果：给予五味消毒饮后，可明显增加溶血空斑均值、淋转率、巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数，提高巨噬细胞的YC-花环形成率和肠道菌群菌数。结论：五味消毒饮能增强免疫功能，调整菌群失调。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: The effects of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on immune function and the Flora imbalance regulation were studied so as to provide the theoretical basis for the further research on the mechani sm and the clinical application. Methods: Take lymphocyte transformation rate、PFC、macrirhage fanction as the immunological indexs; the number of intestinal flora as microecological index.
