【摘要】 目的研究多烯脂肪酸胶囊对脑血栓伴高脂血症病人的降脂作用选血脂康作对照方法60 例脑血栓伴高脂血症病人随机分为二组治疗组n=31)及对照组(n=29)服药前及服药后4 周8 周查血脂结果1 服药4 周后TC 和L DL C 分别降低21 02 和28 93 多烯脂肪酸组2 多烯脂肪酸组降低了34 06 的血清TG 水平效果显著结论多烯脂肪酸胶囊降TG 和L DL C 水平与血脂康作用相近其降TG 作用较为显著更多还原
