【摘要】 目的：引进日本WAKO 公司应用脂质体免疫检测法定血清总补体活性，代替传统的总补体活性测定法（CH50）， 而不需要绵羊红细胞。方法：取血清10ul 与250ul 脂质体（试剂1） 混合，5min 后加入抗体基质（试剂2） 延迟5min 于340nm 波长下测定NADH 的吸光度，查标准曲线。结果：健康组40 名成人总补体活性为（X 2S ）40.9 13.1u/ml。 范围：27.8 54.1u/ml。 疾病组：减低组为37 例总补体活性低于24u/ml 以下。增高组为19 例总补体活性高于70u/ml 以上。结论：该方法最大优点是不用绵羊红细胞，血清用量少，操作简单10min 即可出结果，影响因素小，临床应用价值大，是一个值得推广的方法。更多还原
