【摘要】 目的：观察人胚心脏的组织发生。方法：15-16d7 例人胚用10 的甲醛固定，石蜡包埋，常规染色，整体连续切片，光镜观察。结果：15d 见心脏形成。25d 心脏已发生，心室位于心房头端，房、室壁厚薄等同，肌性室间隔开始形成。妊娠33d， 心脏已转至正常解剖位置，第二房间隔正在发生，同时可见已形成的第一隔与第二孔；房、室瓣开始形成。妊娠35d 左右球嵴出现，至45、 46d 左右嵴向中线生长；第二房间隔形成完毕，卵圆孔出现。妊娠56d ，室间孔关闭，左、右心室完全分隔；主、肺动脉隔形成，主、肺动脉完全分隔；房室瓣、动脉瓣发育成形。结论：至妊娠第八周末，心脏初具成体规模。更多还原

【Abstract】 o b j e c t i v e:To observe human embryo cardiogenetic.m e t h o d s:7 cases human embbryo of 15-56day gestation were treated with 10%formaldehyde,paraf finimbedding,routine staining,microscopy.r e s u l t:The heart was not seen until 25th day .Ventricle lay to the top of atricum.The thickness of the ventricle was equal with the atrium.The Muscular interven- tricular septum was taking place.On 33rd day of gestation,the heart had been turned into normal anatomic position.Septum secundum was forming with set-up septum primum and foramen secundum observed.Atricum -ventricle valves started development.both of left and right bulbus ridge appeared on 35th day .To 45th and 46th day they growed centripetal.The septum secundum had accomplished its growth and foramen ovale came.At 56th day of gestation,interventricular foramen closed.The ventricle was separated completely into right and left side.When atrio-ventricular vaalves and arteral valves showed essential form.C o n c l u s i o n:The heart began to take its mature shape at the end of eighth week of gestaion.更多还原
