低分子量酚醛树脂与阻燃剂复配改性大青杨木材的研究
Study on Low Mole Weight PF Resin Composed with Fire Retardant Modified Wood
【摘要】 用低分子量酚醛树脂分别与阻燃剂 FRDL- 112或硼酸复配改性大青杨木材的研究表明 ,PF树脂与 FRDL-112复配使用时的渗透性优于与硼酸复配 ;对处理材的顺纹抗压强度和硬度有降低作用 ,但与未处理素材相比仍有提高。与硼酸复配对处理材的阻湿性和抗胀缩性能有较大负面影响。阻燃效果是 FRDL- 112明显优于硼酸 ;与 FRDL-112复配可使处理材的防腐能力下降 ,与硼酸复配处理材的防腐效果优于单纯的酚醛树脂处理 ,但硼酸流失性较大。
【Abstract】 During low mole weight PF resin composed with fire retardant FRDL 112 or H 3BO 3 modified Poplar( Populus ussuriensis ) wood, the liquid added FRDL 112 impregnates wood much easier than that added H 3BO 3 does. H 3BO 3 influents on the anti swelling or shrinkage and moisture excluding properties of PF modified wood worse than FRDL 112 does. The addition of FRDL 112 weakens the compressive strength parallel to grain and hardness of PF modified wood, but the properties are still stronger than those of untreated wood. According to the result of fire retard experiment, FRDL 112 is much better than H 3BO 3. The addition of FRDL 112 influents badly on the antiseptic property of modified wood with PF resin. The antiseptic property of modified wood with PF resin and H 3BO 3 is better than that of modified wood with PF resin but H 3BO 3 is leachable.
