马尾松胶合板阻燃技术的研究
Research on Flame Retardant Masson Pine Plywood
【摘要】 本文分析了马尾松胶合板阻燃处理过程中阻燃剂用量、阻燃剂浸渍单板干燥后含水率、胶粘剂用量、热压温度等因素对板材胶合性能和阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明 :普通胶合板生产线生产马尾松阻燃胶合板是可行的 ,产品的各项性能指标为 :含水率 6 %~ 1 4 %、胶合强度≥ 0 .85 MPa、氧指数 45 %~ 6 0 %、2 min内热释放率 H RR3≤ 80k W· min/ m2 。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of flame retardant experiment of Masson Pine( Pinus massoniana) plywood, the effect of the key factors (flame retardant consumption, veneer moisture content, adhesive consumption, pressing temperature etc.) on properties of the board were discussed. The results indicated that it is feasible to adopt flame retardant technique to the manufacture of flame retardant Masson Pine plywood. The bonding and flame retarding properties of board can meet the corresponding standard: the moisture content 6 %~14 %, bond strength ≥0.85 MPa, oxygen index 45 %~60 %, heat release rate HRR 3 ≤80 kW·min/m 2 at 2 minutes.
