【摘要】 目的　观察畅脉舒降低血脂和血粘度的临床疗效。方法　将 1 5 6例高脂血症并高粘血症住院患者随机分为两组 ,服畅脉舒者 90例为治疗组 ,服脂必妥者 6 6例为对照组。服药前分别查胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL )以及血液流变学 6项指标 ,包括全血粘度高切值 (ηh)、全血粘度低切值 (ηl)、血浆粘度(ηp)、红细胞聚集性指数 (AI)、红细胞压积 (HCT)和纤维蛋白原 (Fib)。服药 1月后 ,分别复查上述各项指标并进行统计学处理。结果　治疗组 TC,TG和 L DL 3项指标较对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,HDL则显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;同时 ,治疗组 6项血液流变学指标较对照组都显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　畅脉舒治疗高脂血症并高粘血症的疗效明显优于脂必妥更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Changmaishu(CMS) on the reduction of blood lipids and blood viscosity.Method 156 patients were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases taking CMS being the treated group,and 66 cases received Zhibituo being the control group.The 4 indices of blood lipids:total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL),and 6 indices of hemorheologic: whole blood viscosity at high shear(ηh),whole blood viscosity at low shear(ηl),plasma viscosity (ηp),erythrocyte aggregation index (AI),hematocrit (HCT) and fibrinogen (Fib)were determined before taking the two drugs.The above indices were determined again after taking the two drugs for 1 month.Result The value of 3 indices (TC,TG,LDL) in the treated group was reduced more significantly than that of the control group (P<0.01).However,the HDL level was markedly increased in the treated group (P<0.01),meanwhile,the 6 indices of hemorheologic in the treated group are markedly reduced,comparing to those of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The effects of CMS on hyperlipoidemia and high blood viscosity were much better than those of Zhibituo.
