【摘要】 目的　观察儿童正常胃电图及胃部疾患胃电图的变化 ,并初步探讨其变化规律及在临床中的应用。方法　采用皮肤表面电极 ,从腹壁体表用 EGEG-2 D2型胃电图仪记录胃电。结果　 10 9例儿童胃电图中 ,16例为正常胃电图 ,93例为异常胃电图。 93例异常胃电图分析 ,浅表性胃炎 58例 ,占 62 .4 % ,胃节律紊乱 2 3例 ,占 2 4 .7% ,高酸症 12例 ,占12 .9%。结论　胃电图对诊断儿童胃部疾患具有一定参考价值 ,是辅助诊断胃部疾患的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of electrogastrograph(EGG) in normal children and the sick ones.And study the law and the clinical apply preliminarily.Method Using the surface electrode and appliance of EGEG 2D2 to record the gastric electrical activity from the surface of the abdomen.Result Analysing on electrogastrograph of 109 cases of children,16 cases were normal,93 cases were abnormal.In the analysis on abnormal electrogastrograph of 93 cases,there were 58 superficial gastritis,23 gastric dysrythmia,12 hyperacidity.Conclusion EGG is of value for the diagnosis of children’s gastric disease.And it is also the new method for the assistant diagnosis.
