【摘要】 目的　研究二 ( 2 吡啶基 N 氧化物 )二硫化物 (L)及其镧配合物 (La)的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用台盼蓝拒染法和MTT比色法。结果　L ,La剂量依赖性的抑制肿瘤细胞的生长 ,2 4h台盼蓝拒染法对K562细胞的IC50 分别为 4 5 7、2 65μmol·L- 1;MTT比色法对HL 60细胞的IC50 分别为 35 72、11 0 8μmol·L- 1;对L12 10的IC50 分别为 >90、5 0 8μmol·L- 1。结论　L ,La体外有抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antitumor activity of bis(2 pyridyl N Oxide)disulphide and its ligand with Lanthanide in vitro.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Trypan blue dye exclusion and MTT methods were used in experiments.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]L、La inhibited the proliferation of K562、HL 60、L1210 cells significantly and dose dependently in 24h,IC 50 of K562 were 45.7、2.65μmol·L -1 by trypan blue dye exclusion;IC 50 of HL 60 were 35.72、11.08μmol·L -1 and L1210 were >90、5 08μmol·L -1 with MTT method.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]L and La have significantly antitumor activity in vitro.
