【摘要】 观察50例慢性肺源性心脏病合并高粘血症患者，随机分为常规治疗对照组20例和加用血塞通注射液的观察组30例，比较两组疗效，和治疗前后的血液流变学各主要指标的变化，提示血塞通注射液可加快临床症状缓解，提高临床疗效，具有改善血流态、流速及解聚红细胞等作用，并有一定的稳定细胞膜作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty cor pulmonale patients complicated with hy perviscositymia were observed and divided randomly into two groups.The experimen t al group(30 cases) was treated with Xuesetong injection and the control group (2 0 cases) by routine.The therapeutic effect of experimental group was better than the control,as well as the index of hemodynamics.So Xuesetong injection can impr ove effect and blood flow state.更多还原
