镓(Ⅲ)三元荧光熄灭体系的研究

【摘要】 提出了在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,镓 (III) - 4,5 -二溴苯基荧光酮 (DBPF) -溴化十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)的荧光熄灭体系 ,建立了微量镓的荧光分析法 .实验考察了酸度、试剂用量、表面活性剂、温度和共存离子等因素对体系荧光熄灭度的影响 ,并测定了配合物的组成镓 (III)∶4,5 -二溴苯基荧光酮为 1∶2 .当镓浓度在 0~ 1.72× 10 -6mol/L内时 ,体系荧光强度与镓量呈线性关系 ,提出了提高方法选择性的途径 ,测定了粘土矿中镓的含量 .

【Abstract】 In phosphate buffer solution, the gallium(III)-4,5-dibromophenylfluorone(DBPF)-cetyltrimethylammonium(CTMAB) fluorescence quenching system is studied and the determination method for microamounts of gallium is presented. The effects on the fluorescence intensity, such as acidity, reagent, surfactant, temperature and interferences, are also investigated. The composition of the complex is Ga(III)∶DBPF = 1∶2. The fluorescence intensity is linear with the concentration of gallium over the range of 0~1.72×10 -6 mol/L. The methods to enhance the selectivity are proposed and the amounts of gallium in soil sample are determined.
