【摘要】 目的　检测食管鳞癌中的人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染 ,探索HPV与食管癌大体生长方式的关系。方法　应用通用引物PCR法和多重PCR法检测 10 0例食管癌组织标本中的HPV感染。结果　共检测出HPV阳性 2 6例 (2 6 / 10 0 ) ,按照食管癌的病理大体分型 ,其中溃疡型食管癌中HPV阳性 5例 (5 / 2 5 )、蕈伞型中阳性 3例 (3/ 2 5 )、缩窄型中阳性 12例 (12 / 2 5 )、髓质型中阳性 6例 (6 / 2 5 )。对 2 6例HPV阳性标本中的 2 0例进行了多重PCR检测 ,发现HPV6 / 11型 6例、HPV16型 11例、HPV18型 3例。结论　我国食管癌中存在HPV感染 ,存在HPV感染的食管癌可能并不是在HPV引起的湿疣样病变基础上发展而来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the HPV infection in esophageal carcinomas and investigate the relation between the HPV infection and the macroscopic type of esophageal carcinomas. Methods 100 cases of the esophageal squamous cell carcinomas were detected for HPV by concensers Primers PCR and multiple PCR. Results HPV DNA was positive in 26 cases of specimens(26/100),and as four basic macroscopic types HPV was positive in 5 of 25 cases of ulcerating type esophageal carcinomas,in 3 of 25 cases of fungating type,in 12 of 25 cases of contrictive type and in 6 of 25cases of infiltrating type. 20 of 26 cases which were HPV positive detected by concencers PCR were studied also by multiple PCR and 6 of 20 were HPV6/11 type positive,11 of 20 HPV16 positive and 3 of 20 HPV18 positive. Conclusion There are HPV infection in esophageal cancer in China, and the esophageal carcinomas in which HPV was positive may not derive from the condylomatoid lesions caused by HPV.更多还原
