电刺激致兔心脏骤停模型的建立
Establishment of the model of sudden cardiac arrest by electric stimulation
【摘要】 目的 以兔为研究对象 ,探讨其心脏骤停模型的建立方法。方法 将兔分为对照组和模型组 ,模型组再分为模型Ⅰ组和模型Ⅱ组。用频率 12 0Hz、波宽 2 .8ms、电流 2 0mA的方波刺激 ,对照组时间 3s,模型组时间 5s。观察各组兔心脏骤停时间及自然或人工复苏后兔成活时间。结果 电刺激时间为 5s的模型组 ,心脏骤停时间大于3min。模型Ⅱ组经自然复苏或经人工复苏后兔成活时间超过 12 0min的占 6 6 .7% ,不经人工复苏的模型Ⅰ组兔成活时间超过 12 0min的仅占 2 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 该心脏骤停模型的组织缺血时间及复苏后再灌注时间符合实验要求。
【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the methods of establishing model of sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits. Methods The rabbits were divided into three groups, control group, model groupsⅠand model groupⅡ. In order to observe the time of sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits and the time after national or manual cardiac pulmonary resucitation, the heart of rabbits was stimulated by the square wave with the frequency,120Hz, wave width, 2.8ms,electric current, 20mA,and the continuous time 3s in control group, 5s in model group. Results In the model group, the time of sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits continue 3 minute or more. The number of rabbits which survives more than 120 minute after national or manual cardiac pulmonary resucitation accounts for 66.7%. But the number of model group accounts for 20.0%. Conclusions The time of tissue ischemia and reperfusion after resuscitation in this model of sudden condiac arrest coincides with experimental demands.
