【摘要】 目的　探讨全胃肠外营养 (TPN)疗法在妊娠剧吐治疗中的作用。方法　采用TPN治疗法在妊娠剧吐患者 2 7例 ,与 30例常规输液、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡疗法对比观察止吐效果、尿酮体转阴时间、低钾及酸中毒纠正情况及妊娠结局。结果　TPN治疗 3天止吐率 5 5 .6 %、酮体转阴时间 3.1± 0 .84天 ,对照组分别为 13.3%、5 .2± 1.0 6天 ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;低钾酸中毒纠正情况及妊娠结局 ,两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　TPN在妊娠剧吐治疗中有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) to hyperemesis graridarum (HG). Method Taking TPN to treat 27 cases of HG.Comparing 30 HG cases with the following routine treatment infusion, redressing water electrolyte and acid alkaline equilibrium, observations of stopping vomiting, time of turning ketonic negative, redressing low potassic acidosis, gravid endings. Results After 3 day TPN treatment, stop vomit rate is 55.6%, the routine treatment group is 13.3%; time of turning ketonic negative is 3.1±0.84 days, the routine group is 5.2±1.06 days.There is obvious difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). However, no notable differene in lowpotasis acidosis and gravid endings ( P >0.05). Conclusion A good effect to HG with TPN.更多还原
