【摘要】 目的　对 34例房室结折返型心动过速 (AVNRT)患者施行射频消融术 (RFCA)。方法　采用解剖定位和标测定位相结合的方法 ,应用下位法和 (或 )后位消融慢径。结果　 32例AVNRT被根治 ,成功率 94.1% ;随访 0 .5～ 5年 ,1例复发 ,再次RFCA成功。结论　RFCA是治疗AVNRT的有效方法 ,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) was performed among 34 cases who suffered from atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT). Methods The target sites were decided by the methods combining anatomy with electrophysiologic examination. The slow pathway ablation was completed with inferior and/or posterior positon methods. Resucts 32 cases of AVNRT were radically cured. The success rate was 94.1%. During 0.5～5 years follow up, only 1 case relapsed and had another successful RFCA. Conclusion RFCA on AVNRT is effective and secure.更多还原
