【摘要】 目的　观察稀碘伏液灌洗腹膜腔 ,预防术后腹腔感染的效果。方法　选择 71例伴有急性弥漫性腹膜炎的急腹症手术病人 ,术中应用生理盐水碘伏混合液 (约含有效碘 0 .0 2 5 % )反复彻底清洗腹膜腔 ,直至冲洗液清晰。结果　 71例患者无 1例出现术后腹腔内感染及其它有关并发症 ,均顺利康复 ;同时腹壁切口的感染率也明显降低。结论　利用稀碘伏液术中清洗腹腔污染或感染的方法能有效防止术后腹腔感染复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study preventive postoperative intraabdominal spesis of acute abdomon. Method Intraperitoneal lavation with dilute saline iodopher was put to use in 71 patients of emergency operation with acute diffuse peritonitis. The peritoneal cavity was levaged repeatedly and radically until the mixed iodophor solution became clear during the operation. Results Postoperative intra abdominal spesis and relative complications were not found in all cases and the infective rate of incisional wound was reduced dramatically. Conclusion Intraperitonal lavation with dilute saline iodophor is a good method to prevent postoperative intraabdominal spesis.更多还原
