【摘要】 目的：进一步探讨经皮腰椎间盘髓核摘除术（ＰＬＤ）适应症的选择。方法：对８９例１００个间隙ＰＬＤ术后患者进行分析。３８例３个月，２３例１２个月疗效观察。结果：合理使用ＰＬＤ技术，严格掌握适应症，治疗优良率明显提高，可达９０％。结论：经临床及ＣＴ明确诊断的椎间盘突出、而无椎间盘组织脱落椎管等并发症，保守治疗无效的病例可首先选用ＰＬＤ技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the choice of indication for PLD.Method: 89 patients with 100 herniated lumbar disc underwent PLD procedure of these, 38 cases were followed up for 3 months, 23 for 12 months.Result: With the appropriate technology of PLD and correct indication the rate of excellent and good result improved obviously and get rise to 90%. Conclusion: PLD is a prime therapeutic method for herniated lumbar disc without severe complications such as falling into vertebral canal and with poor effect in physical therapy.更多还原
