【摘要】 目的：探讨超声心动图对右室心肌病的诊断价值。材料和方法：对５４例经心血管造影及心肌活检确诊为右室心肌病者进行了超声心动图检查。结果：①９２． １％的患者右室形态发生明显改变 ；②９２． ６％的患者室壁运动出现异常；③９４．５％的患者室壁厚度发生改变；④６６．７％的患者右室功能减低；⑤４４．４％的患者肌小梁排列紊乱，１１．１％的患者乳头肌增粗、肥大。⑥超声心动图诊断右室心肌病的敏感性为９０．７％，假阴性率为９．３％。结论：超声心动图能对右室心肌病作出准确诊断，但应注意排除其他容易发生混淆的心血管疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the diagnosis value of echocardiography in patients with right ventricular myocardiopathy (RVM) .Materials and Methods: 54 patients with RVM proved by angiocardiography and myocardial biopsy(MB) were examined by echocardiography. Results:① The right ventricular shape of patients of 92. 1 % had changed distinctly. ②The motion of patients of 92 .6% appeared abnormity. ③The ventricular wall thickness of 94. 5% patients had altered. ④The right ventricular function of 66. 7% patients decreased. ⑤The arrangement of muscle girder of 44 .4% patients was disorder, and papilla muscle of 11. 1 % patients hypertrophy ⑥The diagnosis sensitivity of echocardiography to RVM was 90. 7%, and false negative rate was 9. 3%. Conclusion: The accurate diagnosis can be made by echocardiography with RVM. But,we should notice to exclude some cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
