彩色多普勒能量图技术特性的体外模拟实验研究
Simulating experimental study in vitro:characteristics of color Doppler energy
【摘要】 目的 :从实验上证实CDE的声像图特征 ,为开辟CDE在肿瘤的早期诊断中提供实验室依据。材料与方法 :以小肝癌及其血供为模板体外制作一个直径约3cm带有微小血管的实验模型 ,用人工心脏“驱动仿真血液”构成循环通路进行实验研究。结果 :与CDFI相比 ,CDE图像具有以下三大特征 :①不受声束与血流之间的夹角影响 ;②不存在色彩倒错的伪像 ;③可显示6cm/s的低速血流并保持图像的完整性。结论 :CDE较CDFI具有更高的敏感性 ,尤其可显示完整的低速血流状态 ,容易检测到肿瘤血管 ,今后在肿瘤的早期诊断及其血流动力学方面将会起到积极的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the characteristics of CDE in experiment and open up its avenue in diagnosing the cancer in early stage.Materials and Methods:To perform the experiment in vitro.The experimental model mimiced the lesion of small hepatocellular carcinoma and its blood supply.The simulating human blood was pumped by the artifical heart and droped to circulate in the mimic microvessel during the experiment.Results:CDE mapping had mainly three characteristics comparing with the tht of CDFI:①CDE was angle independent.It demonstrated flow signals in any direction.②No aliasing on CDE mapping.③The flow lowering to 6 cm/s was easily detected also,and the mapping still kept the interesting vessels in clear decription.Conclusion:CDE mapping is more sensitive to display the lower flow than that of CDFI.The tumor vessels can easily be detected on CDE mapping.Therefore CDE will take important role in detecting the cancer in early stage or studying its hemodynamics in future.
