【摘要】 目的 :探讨国产食管内支架置入术的并发症及处理方法。材料与方法 :本组12例 ,男11例 ,女1例 ,年龄42～78岁。其中食管癌10例 ,贲门癌2例。选用国产镍钛热记忆合金带膜支架5例 ,不带膜支架7例。均在X线监视下 ,经口腔置入内支架。结果 :12例中11例置入成功 ,12例置入内支架的患者吞咽困难明显改善。12例术后有4例出现并发症 ,1例剧烈胸痛 ,1例突发大出血 ,1例脓胸 ,1例置入的两枚支架分离。结论 :食管内支架是治疗食管恶性狭窄的有效方法 ,预防并发症 ,配合必要的放、化疗可提高生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the complications and its management at domestic stents placement of malignant esophageal strictures.Materials and Methods:12 cases of domestic stents placement were including 10 cases of esophagus carcinoma and 2 cases of cardiac carcinoma (11 men,1 women,aged 42～78).They were treated with domestic heat memorial Nickel-Titanium alloy stents (covered-stent in 5 cases,uncovered-stent in 7 cases).All patients were treated by placing esophaged stent under fluoroscopic guidance.Results:Successful stent placement was achieved in all cases.Dysphagia were relieved in 11 of 12 cases.There were 4 cases of complications at procedure.The complication included:a thoracic pain struggle in 1 case,suddenly large bleeding in 1 case,a pyothorax in 1 case,planting two stents separation 1 case.Conclusion:The esophageal stent is an effective treatment for malignant esophageal strictures,preventive complications.The survival time of the patients with esophageal stent is lested and re stricture decreased in combination with chemotherapy and radiation therapy.更多还原
