一氧化氮与脑出血关系的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨一氧化氮与脑出血的关系。方法:检测了133例脑出血患者和100例健康对照者血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)含量。结果:与对照组比较,患者组P-NO平均值显著升高,P-VC、P-VE平均值均显著降低;患者临床病情(NDS)和颅内血肿量均与P-NO呈正相关,而与P-VC、P-VE呈负相关。结论:脑出血患者体内自由基反应病理性加剧,氧化抗氧化平衡严重失调,宜及早抗氧化治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between nitric oxide and cerebral hemorrhage and itssignificance. Metheds The concentrations of plasma nitric oxide (P-NO), plasma vitamin C (P-VC ) andplasma vitamin E (P-VE) were measured in 133 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and in 100 healthycontrol persons. Results Compared with the control group, the average concentrations of P-NO of the pilotgroup significantly increased (P< 0. 001 ), while those of P-VC, P-VE significantly decreased (P< 0.001 ). Both NDS and intracranial hematoma volume were positively related to the concentrations of P NO,and were negatively related to those of P-VE, P-VE- Conclusion The free radical reactions in the patientswith cerebral hemorrhage were pathologically exacerbated, and the balance between oxidation andantioxidation was markedly disturbed, and antioxidants are recommended to be used early in thesepatients.
