工业废渣制备水泥生料易烧性的XRD研究

【摘要】 用自燃煤矸石、石英砂超细粉、硅石尾矿和砂岩分别制备4种生料进行易烧性试验,结果表明是可以用工业废渣替代砂岩的。但易烧性试验的结果有些矛盾,于是对原料、生料及4种样品加热至1350℃与1450℃的8个样品进行XRD。试验结果说明石英砂超细粉和自燃煤矸石搭配是理想的粘土质原料。

【Abstract】 The burnability of four raw mixes, using of burned duns, micropowder of silica sand, mill tailings of silicate rock and sand stone, was tested. It was indicated that sand stone may be replaced by industrial refuses and has better burnability. By XRD, raw materials, raw mixes and the samples made by burned raw mixes in 1350℃ and 1450℃ were analyzed, it was proved that with the using of mixes of micropowder of silica sand and burned duns in place of clay, the raw mixes have the best burnability.
