基于计算机图像识别的柴油机喷油嘴渗漏检测方法
Leakage Test of Fuel Spray Nozzle in Diesel Engine Based on Computer Image Identity
【摘要】 提出了采用计算机图像识别技术的柴油机喷油嘴渗漏检测方法。通过喷油嘴图像的采集 ,图像的计算机处理 ,获取渗漏油迹信息 ,计算油迹面积 ,达到对喷油嘴渗漏现象的检测。实验证明 ,该检测方法能快捷观察到喷油嘴有无渗漏 ,且可对喷油嘴渗漏量进行精确检测。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a method in which using computer image identity tests the leakage of fuel spray nozzle in diesel engine. By collecting and processing the images, leakage information was got and leakage area was computed . This method can quickly find the leakage phenomenon and accurately determine the amount of leakage fuel.
