自生颗粒增强铝基复合材料的组织与性能
Microstructure and Properties of In-situ Al3Ti Particles Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites
【摘要】 本文采用原位反应工艺 ,通过在Al熔体中加入TiO2 ,在一定温度下产生化学反应生成Al3Ti颗粒 ,用铸造法制备Al/Al3Ti复合材料。自生的Al3Ti颗粒尺寸细小 ,分布均匀。当TiO2 /Al质量比为 2 0 %~30 %、反应温度为 92 0℃时 ,所制备的复合材料的抗拉强度比纯Al基体提高 77.5% ,硬度提高 1 32 % ,而延伸率较纯铝略有下降。
【Abstract】 Aluminum matrix Al 3Ti particle composite was made by a new in situ method involving reaction between Al and TiO 2 which was stirred into molten metal under the conditions of certain temperatures.The size of the in situ Al 3Ti particle which is homogeneous in the Al matrix is very fine.When the amount of TiO 2 is 20%~30% and the reaction temperature is 920℃,the strength and hardness of the composite are higher than those of aluminum matrix by 77.5% and 132%,respectively.However,the ductility of the composite is slightly lower than that of pure aluminum.
