ZH1105柴油机齿轮室盖有限元模态分析
The Finite Element Modal Analysis of ZH1105 Engine Casing of Gear Chamber
【摘要】 在正时齿轮室盖的结构设计中 ,增强刚度和降低重量是相互矛盾的。有限元模态分析技术作为先进的动态、优化设计方法 ,可使结构具有合理的质量分布。本文应用有限元模态分析方法对ZH110 5柴油机齿轮室盖的模态特性进行了分析 ,运用I -Deas有限元分析软件建立了齿轮室盖的三维几何实体模型 ,求得齿轮室盖的前四阶模态参数和振型。根据上述模态参数 ,提出了提高刚度、减少振动的结构修改方案 ,模态分析的比较结果表明 ,修改后的方案显著改善了结构的振动特性。实践证明 ,有限元模态分析法为设计阶段降低结构振动和噪声提供了有效的途径
【Abstract】 In the structure design of gear chamber casing,strengthen rigidity and reducing weight were contrary.As an advanced dynamic and optimizing design method,the Finite Element modal analysis could make reasonable mass distribution of structure. In this paper, the modal character for ZH1105 engine casing of gear chamber was analyzed by the Finite Element modal analysis. At first, it introduced the fundamental theory of modal analysis. Secondly, it established 3 dimensional model of casing of gear chamber by I Deas software, and obtained the 10 ranks parameters and model of vibration. It provided the modified scheme for gear chamber design, and compared with the former in model analysis. The result indicated that the modified scheme improves the structure vibration characteristic obviously.
