【Abstract】 This paper introduces the manufacturing process of mixed powder, the reversed design method and the plasma spraying technology of fabricating the Nicr-Ni 3Al gradient layer on sheet material TA5 in order to provide test basis for the use of functional gradient layer. According to microstructure observation and composition analysis it shows that the design process and the fabrication technology used in the test realize the gradient distribution of the design process and the fabrication technology used in the test realize the gradient distribution of the composition along the thickness of the layer.更多还原
