圆筒式短茎秆清理装置清选性能试验分析
Performance Test Analysis of Drum Device for Cleaning Short Stem
【摘要】 :以圆筒式短茎秆清理装置的搅龙和筛筒为研究对象 ,运用回归分析法进行试验 ,在此基础上建立了该装置清选性能的数学模型 ,优化确定了其最佳运动参数 ,使籽粒清洁率达到 99.6 % ,清选损失率达到0 .11%。并分析了运动参数对该装置清选性能的影响规律
【Abstract】 The aim of this article was to increase grain’s purity ratio and decrease cleaning loss ratio of drum device for cleaning short stem. Taking spiral and cylinder screen of drum device as research objects, using the method of regression analysis to test, we can establish the mathematical models of cleaning and sorting attributes of the device. The best movement parameters had been obtained by multi objects optimal design technique. The influences of movement parameters of cleaning and sorting attributes of the device were analyzed. The grains purity ratio can reach 99.6%. The cleaning loss ratio can reach 0.11%.
