高分子微滤膜的流动特性研究

【摘要】 考察了不同质量浓度的NaCl,KCl,MgCl2Na2 SO4和MgSO4等电解质溶液对多孔性高分子聚乙烯管式微滤膜(MF膜)的流动特性随压差的变化关系.结果显示在各个电解质溶液中MF膜的透过流量随压差的变化基本上是直线关系.但随着股的连续使用,在不同电解质溶液中测得的纯水透过系数逐渐减小.这表明MF膜在使用过程中受到污染.其膜孔堵塞.从而使得流量持续下降.由MF膜清洗实验可知,选择适当的清洗剂可以有效消除膜的污染.

【Abstract】 The permeation flux through the porous polymer MF tubular membrane which is composed of polyethylene was measured under the corresponding applied pressure difference. The permeation flux was plotted against the applied pressure difference as linear relation, its ratio is defined as the pure water permeability coefficient. According to the Hagen-Poiseuille equation, the pore diameters of the membranes can be determined. The pollution degree of the membranes can be obtained from the changes of the pore diameters. In all the experiments, the Pure water permeability of PMP-013MF membrane decreases slowly with the fluxion time. This showed that the MF membrane is easily polluted to result in the partial hindrance of the membrane pores in the process of using. However, the membrane performance can be returned to the normal state after appropriate washing.
