【摘要】 本文报道用碱法从玉米芯中提取木聚糖的研究。结果表明 ,粉碎过 40目筛的玉米芯 ,经沸水浸泡 4h ,滤去浸泡液 ,然后用NaOH溶液按固液比 1∶1 5 ,于 80℃下浸提 2h ,木聚糖的提取率可达 30 % ,且提取液的还原糖与总糖质量之比小于 2 6 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported extraction of xylan from corncob by alkali method, the result showed that the corncob by crashing was soaked in water at 100℃ for 4 hours, followed by filtrating and soaked in 10% NaOH at 80℃ for 2 hours (100g corncob in 1500 ml 10% NaOH). The yield of xylan obtained was about 30% and the RS/TS 26% by soaking.更多还原
