【摘要】 以木立芦荟 (A .arboresens .Mill)为材料 ,研究芦荟的离体快速繁殖。在附加KT2 .0mg/L +IAA2 .0mg/L的培养基上能获得无菌材料 ,但易引起玻璃化。在附加IAA0 .5mg/L + 6 -BA0 .5mg/L的培养基中培养 6 0～ 70天后产生小芽。分化与增殖阶段 ,在MS +IBA0 .2mg/L + 6 -BA2 .0mg/L培养基中增殖效果最好 ,繁殖倍数可达3.5 6。将继代培养获得的大苗切割成单苗 ,诱导生根 ,在 14MS +NAA0 .2mg/L中效果最好 ,生根时间早、根量大、质量好。生根后移栽到轾石和纯沙两种基质中 ,精心管理 ,成活率都可达 80 %以上。　　砸更多还原

【Abstract】 This trial took A.arboresens Miss as mterial to study rapid propagation of vitro. In the basic medium MS with additions of KT 2.0mg/L and IAA 2.0mg/L, the sterile plants have been gained, but this medium would acuse the plants vitrfication easily. In the medium of MS+IAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA0 5mg/L. Shoots of explants began to sprout within 60-70 days. The stage of shoots multiplication, the medium:MS+IBA 0.2mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L,its effects were the best and the propagation coefficiency was 3.56. Cutting big shoots that gained by subculture into isolated shoots to induce roots. The medium:14MS+NAA 0.2mg/L, effect was the best. Roots were quickly induced in a short time, both in quality and quantity were well. Transplant plants with roots in vermiculite and sand, the survival rats of the plantlet was 80% after transplanting under suitable condition.更多还原
