钛液泵轴封的失效原因及改进设计
Reasons for Failure and Improve Design of Rotating Axial Seal in Titanium Dioxide Processing Pump
【摘要】 在对钛液泵原有轴封的失效原因进行分析和实验研究的基础上 ,筛选出适合的摩擦副材料 ,并提出了两种结构的改进设计方案 ,经生产运行试验结果证明 ,改进后的轴封比原有轴封寿命提高 4~ 6倍 ,在保证内冲洗的条件下 ,其寿命还可进一步提高
【Abstract】 Reasons for failure of original axial seal in titanium dioxide processing pump were analyzed.On the experimental investigation basis,suitable materials of a pair of friction components were selected,two improved design constuctions were used for industrial test,the result indicates that operating life of improved rotating axial seal is 4~6 times longer than original one.Operating life will be much longer.
