【摘要】 信息产业将成为 2 1世纪后工业化阶段世界经济增长的新“引擎”。与西方发达国家相比 ,中国信息产业在GDP中的比重较小。加入WTO后 ,国外具有明显优势的信息产业与机构的渗透将对中国企业构成较大影响。在开放的信息市场环境中 ,我国需要最大限度地有效利用国外先进服务创新技术与资金等国内短缺资源 ,把发展信息服务业尤其是软件、数据库与网络服务产业作为突破口 ,使之带动整个信息市场的快速发展更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21 st century information industry will be the new engine of the world economy in the post-industrialization era. Compared with western developed countries, Chinese information industry is a smaller percentage in GDP. After the entrance to WTO, advantageous western information industry and companies looking for market in china will impact domestic information industry.
