【摘要】 本文报道了利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（PAGE）和凝胶渗透液相色谱法（GPC）分别对3种象虫虫体蛋白进行分离分析。初步分析结果表明：凝胶电泳法具有较高的分辨能力，电泳图谱能明显地区分3种象虫；凝胶渗透液相色谱法分析结果无差异，但对3种象虫虫体蛋白的胰蛋白酶水解液的分离结果有明显的区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The identification of Sitophilus spp. was studied with PAGE method and HPLC methodto analyze ptoteins of insect. There were significant differences in electrophoretic patters ofurea soluted protein among Sitophilus zeamais, S. oryzae and S. granarius at the conditionof pH9. 1 and gel concentration of 7. 5 and 10 % in PAGE.
