【摘要】 目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα,4× 10 5U/L)对血管内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法 :将传代培养的脐静脉内皮细胞随机分为实验组和对照组两组 ,分别在细胞传代时加入含TNFα(TNFα含量为 4× 10 5U/L)和等量的不含TNFα的培养液 ,通过描绘生长曲线及运用图像分析测定DNA相对含量来观察两组细胞增殖情况。结果 :处理因素作用 3天内实验组细胞增殖快于对照组 ,而 3天后则慢于对照组。结论 :TNFα(4× 10 5U/L)对培养的脐静脉内皮细胞的增殖的影响具有双向性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the effect of TNFα on human umbilical vein endothelial cell proliferation.Methods Two groups were divided:experiment group,the medium with TNFα(4×10 5 U/L);control group,the medium without TNFα.TNFα was added in the cell passage. The growth curve and DNA image analysis were used for estimating the endothelial cell proliferation in the experiment. Results The cell proliferation was promoted in the first three days, but it was inhibited in the second three days. Conclusion TNFα has two sided effect on the proliferation of the umbilical vein endothelial cells.更多还原
